Swedes Give Judy Standing Ovation

Singer Judy Garland opened her first Scandinavian tour in the Stockholm Concert Hall last night and received a 10 minute standing ovation.  She concluded the 50 minute performance with Over the Rainbow and the audience of more than 1,000 roared and applauded its approval.  Co-starring in the show with her is singer Johnny Ray.  Miss Garland and Ray will give two more performances in the south of Sweden and one in Copenhagen before returning to London.
