Guerry Simmons (on the left) and friend Doug Weltner. Guerry and I fished three new sections of the James River headwaters before most arrived (Guerry and I both arrived Monday). I am glad we did because the water up there seems to be more suited for fly fishing than some lower waters. I would like to thank Guerry for helping me load my and others canoes during the clave.
